Mediterranean Grilled Lamb Chops:
- 8, 1" Thick Lamb Loin Chops or Lamb Rib Chops.
- 5-6 Small Red Potatoes (cut into wedges)
- 8 Whole, Cooked Artichoke Hearts (split)
- Yellow Julienne Onion
Heavily dust the Lamb Chops with the GSF Rosemary & Citrus Mediterranean Blend. Pre-heat Iron Skillet for 7-10 minutes on medium heat. Lightly oil the skillet, and sear chops for 3-5 minutes on each side. Cook to Medium-rare, or Medium.
Serve with Roasted Potatoes & Artichokes.
Toss Red Skinned Potatoes in 1/4 cup EVOO, and 2 TSP. GSF Essential Chefs Blend. Roast in a 375 Degree (pre-heated) oven for 20 min. Add Julienne Onions and Artichokes, mix together, and Roast for an additional 15 minutes (or, until done).
Garnish with Chopped Parsley/Rosemary, Serve, Slap Fives, Take Photos, etc.
