Grindstone Roasted Chicken : Ingredients & Recipe
You Need: 1 Whole Chicken Rinsed & Patted Dry, ¼ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1/3 Cup Sage & Garlic Poultry Blend.
You Do: Pat the Chicken Dry. Drizzle EVOO on the Bird, split evenly, lay flat and rub it down like you mean it. Liberally dust the whole bird with the Sage & Garlic Blend. Use your judgement on the amount, it may take a little more/less (1/3 Cup) depending on the size of the bird.
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Cover chicken with foil and roast for 30 Minutes. Remove foil for the last 15-20 minutes. Allow to rest for 7-10 minutes before carving.
